FAQs

How can I contact CUPRA Customer Care?

You can reach us for free by calling 900 100 113, Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 8 pm. You can also email us at cupraresponde@cupraofficial.es or contact us via WhatsApp during the same hours.

What information do I need to provide when calling for support?

To speed up the process, we recommend calling directly via the wrench icon button in your car; this automatically sends your vehicle data to our agents. If calling by phone, please have the following ready:

  • Your exact location and a detailed description of the issue.
  • Your licence plate or 17-digit Vehicle Identification Number (VIN). Note: The VIN is visible on the driver’s side dashboard through the windshield or on your registration documents.
What is covered by CUPRA Roadside Assistance?

Our service provides 24/7 support across Europe for a wide range of incidents, including mechanical breakdowns, traffic accidents, flat or punctured tyres, and vehicle theft. Whether you are at home or on the road, our goal is to get you back on your journey as quickly as possible.

Is there a cost for using Roadside Assistance?

CUPRA vehicles include a complimentary period of Roadside Assistance starting from the date of delivery. For specific details regarding your vehicle’s current coverage or renewal options, please contact your preferred Service Partner.

Why are the in-car assistance buttons not working in my vehicle?

Due to the global phase-out of 2G and 3G telecommunications networks by providers, certain models produced between 2021 and 2024 may have lost the functionality of the "Info," "Roadside Assistance," and "Emergency" buttons. If your vehicle is affected, you can still reach us 24/7 using the phone numbers listed on this page or via the My CUPRA App on your smartphone.

Does CUPRA Roadside Assistance cover me when driving abroad?

CUPRA Roadside Assistance provides coverage across most European countries. To find the international support numbers for your specific coverage, use the “Select your country” menu at the bottom of this page, navigate to your local homepage, and check the “Roadside Assistance”  or “Need Help” section.
