Where can I find my Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)?

Your 17-digit Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) is essential for checking recalls, downloading specific manuals, and verifying your warranty. You can find it in three standard places:

      ● Stamped on the lower corner of the dashboard, visible through the driver’s side of the windshield.

      ● Printed on the certification label inside the driver's side door jamb.

      ● Listed on your official vehicle registration, insurance documents, or within the My CUPRA App.
How do I know if my CUPRA needs an Over-the-Air (OTA) software update?

If your vehicle is equipped with CUPRA CONNECT, you will automatically receive a notification directly on your car’s infotainment screen when an OTA update is available. You can also monitor your software status and push updates remotely using the My CUPRA App.
