STEPS TO FOLLOW DURING THE CALL

Immediately advise the agent if you are in danger or anyone requires special assistance (e.g., children or elderly people).

We provide remote technical assistance, on-the-spot repair when possible, towing to your CUPRA Service Partner, and coordination of transport or accommodation if needed. You’ll also benefit from real-time assistance directly from your car via the infotainment system or roof module buttons.
